Perfect Seams Every Time: Hydraulic Corner Rounding and Seam Rolling for Electrical Enclosures
In the manufacturing of sheet metal electrical enclosures and control boxes, the corner is often where the real challenge lies. After bending and spot welding, the resulting weld seams are frequently uneven, making subsequent final welding or finishing operations difficult and time-consuming. Add an internal flange into the mix, and standard forming tools simply cannot cope.
That is where our Hydraulic Corner Rounding and Seam Rolling Machine comes in—engineered specifically to solve these bottleneck fabrication challenges with precision and speed.
After an electrical box undergoes bending and spot welding, the joint lines are rarely perfectly flush. To achieve a professional, sealed finish, these seams must be leveled. However, traditional rolling methods often crash into the box’s internal flanges, damaging the workpiece or ruining the tooling.
